1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Creefty LLC ("Creefty," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the United States at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

By accessing or using any website, application, or service operated by Creefty LLC — including creefty.com, framerbite.com, mockupia.com, and decorai.io (collectively, the "Services") — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Our Products

Creefty LLC operates a family of digital products for individuals, designers, developers, and businesses:

• FramerBite (framerbite.com) — Free and premium Framer templates and components for website building. Products are delivered digitally via Lemon Squeezy. A 14-day friendly refund policy applies; full details at framerbite.com/refund-policy.
• Mockupia (mockupia.com) — Professional mockup assets for showcasing design work, available via subscription (monthly, quarterly, yearly, or lifetime). Payments processed through Stripe and Paddle. Subscription plans are non-refundable; Lifetime plans are non-refundable.
• DecorAI (decorai.io) — An AI-powered platform for generating photorealistic interior, exterior, and landscape designs. Operates on a credit-based subscription model. Refunds are available within 48 hours of initial purchase provided no AI credits have been used. Payments via Stripe, Paddle, Polar, Lemon Squeezy.

Each product may have additional product-specific terms published on its respective website. In the event of a conflict, the product-specific terms govern for that product.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use AI-powered Services (DecorAI). For other Services, you must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). By using the Services, you confirm you meet the applicable age requirement and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If using the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

4. Account Registration

Some Services require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@creefty.com or via the support page of the respective service/product website if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Purchases, Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners — Stripe, Paddle, Polar, and Lemon Squeezy — depending on the product. We do not store full payment card numbers directly.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Refund eligibility varies by product as described in Section 2. 6. Licenses and Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content, templates, designs, software, logos, and materials available through our Services are the intellectual property of Creefty LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to You

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use purchased assets for personal or commercial projects as specified per product. All purchases from FramerBite, Mockupia and DecorAI include commercial use rights.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or repackage our assets as standalone products, template libraries, or competing offerings, whether free or paid.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of content you submit to our Services (e.g., uploaded images, design prompts). By submitting content, you grant Creefty a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and process that content solely to deliver the Services to you.

AI-Generated Output

Content generated by AI features (DecorAI) is provided for your personal or commercial use. We do not use your uploaded images or prompts to train AI models. We make no warranties regarding the originality, accuracy, or fitness of AI-generated output. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable laws before using generated content commercially.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Resell, redistribute, or repackage our templates, mockups, or assets as competing products
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, contains explicit material, or depicts illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our software
• Use automated means to scrape or access our Services without authorization
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Services
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized third parties to access your account

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including payment processors (Stripe, Paddle, Polar, Lemon Squeezy), AI infrastructure providers, analytics services, and email providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. AI DESIGN OUTPUTS ARE CREATIVE SUGGESTIONS ONLY AND SHOULD NOT REPLACE PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL OR ENGINEERING ADVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CREEFTY LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creefty LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, third parties, or Creefty. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. You waive any objection to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Creefty LLC with respect to the Services and supersede all prior understandings and agreements.
